The Nature of the Work
At North Star, sessions are designed to restore internal alignment so clarity, emotional regulation, and decision-making can stabilize naturally.
This work integrates Energy Intelligence™ Coaching and Pranic Healing to address the energetic foundation beneath stress, burnout, emotional reactivity, and leadership fatigue. Rather than pushing for change, sessions focus on recalibration—allowing the system to return to a steadier, more functional state.
Sessions are individualized, responsive, and grounded. Nothing is applied mechanically or by formula.
Before Your Session
Each session begins with a brief, focused conversation to understand what is currently requiring attention. This may include areas such as:
- Ongoing stress or emotional strain
- Mental fatigue or burnout
- Physical tension or discomfort
- Reactive patterns or difficulty regulating emotions
- Leadership pressure, communication challenges, or decision fatigue
This conversation helps identify underlying energetic patterns so the session can be targeted and effective. The emphasis is on clarity, not analysis.
During Your Session
Sessions may include a customized combination of Energy Intelligence™ Coaching, Pranic Healing, and simple nervous system regulation tools, depending on what is most supportive in the moment.
Pranic Healing is a non-touch modality. You remain fully clothed and seated or lying down comfortably. There is no requirement to revisit past experiences or verbally process emotions unless it is useful for clarity.
The focus during the session is stabilization, clearing, and recalibration—not performance or emotional intensity.
What Clients Commonly Notice
Many clients report noticeable shifts shortly after a session or within the following day. These may include:
- Increased clarity and mental focus
- Greater emotional steadiness
- Reduced internal tension or reactivity
- A calmer nervous system

Recommended Frequency
Each person’s needs are different. The following guidelines are commonly used to support sustainable results:
- Stress relief or emotional imbalance:
1–2 sessions per week for 2–4 weeks - Leadership clarity, regulation, or reset:
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions - Maintenance and ongoing alignment:
1–2 sessions per month
During an initial conversation, frequency is discussed and adjusted based on what is actually needed.
Why More Than One Session Is Often Helpful
While many people notice a shift after one session, lasting change typically occurs through consistent recalibration—especially when working with long-standing stress patterns, leadership strain, or nervous system dysregulation.
This is similar to physical training or rehabilitation: the system responds best when support is applied in layers over time.
